Welcome to nanakalltoall.in. These Terms and Conditions for Payouts (“Terms”) govern the payment of commissions or rewards to agents associated with our platform. By engaging with us and agreeing to payouts, you consent to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Agent”: Refers to an individual associated with nanakalltoall.in who is eligible for receiving payouts.
• “Payout”: Refers to the payment, commission, or reward transferred to an agent for services rendered or business referrals.
• “TDS”: Tax Deducted at Source as per the applicable laws of India.
• “Platform”: Refers to nanakalltoall.in.

2. Eligibility for Payouts

1. To receive payouts, the Agent must:
   • Be registered with nanakalltoall.in with valid and verifiable details.
   • Provide the required tax documentation, including PAN Card, and other KYC details.
   • Comply with the Terms of Use and other policies of the platform.
2. Agents who are not registered businesses or do not have GST registration must declare their status and provide a valid reason.

3. Required Information for Payouts

• Personal Information:
  • Full Name
  • Contact Details (Mobile Number and Email)
  • Address with PIN Code
• Bank Details:
  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code
• Tax Documentation:
  • PAN Card (Mandatory)
  • Aadhaar Card (Optional)
• Declaration on GST Status:
  • If GST-registered, provide GSTIN.
  • If not GST-registered, provide a self-declaration.

4. Payout Frequency and Method

• Payouts will be processed on a [monthly] basis or as agreed.
• Payments will be made via NEFT/RTGS/UPI or other banking methods.
• Agents will be notified via email once the payment is initiated.

5. Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)

• As per Indian tax laws, TDS will be deducted at applicable rates from payouts.
• The Agent must provide their PAN card details to avoid higher TDS rates.
• Agents without PAN details will be subject to the maximum TDS rate under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

6. Agent Responsibilities

• The Agent must ensure that the information provided for payouts is accurate and updated.
• Any incorrect or incomplete details that result in failed transactions will not be the responsibility of nanakalltoall.in.
• The Agent is responsible for declaring the payout income in their tax returns.

7. Disputes and Resolutions

• Any disputes related to payouts must be raised within 15 days of receiving the payment.
• All disputes will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Termination of Payouts

• The platform reserves the right to terminate payouts if:
  • The Agent is found to have violated any of the platform’s policies.
  • The Agent provides fraudulent or misleading information.
• Termination will be communicated in writing or via email.

9. Amendments to the Terms

nanakalltoall.in reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on the website, and it is the Agent’s responsibility to review them periodically.

10. Limitation of Liability

• nanakalltoall.in will not be liable for:
  • Loss incurred due to incorrect banking details provided by the Agent.
  • Delay caused by the banking system or force majeure events.
• The maximum liability of nanakalltoall.in in any dispute will be limited to the payout amount in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
